BIOGRAPHYABOUT ADAM
Adam Seiden founded All Day Strategic Consulting, bringing to the firm more than 20 years’ experience advancing progressive causes and winning campaigns. He has an extensive knowledge of Democratic Party operations, organized labor and California politics, with a focus on creating strong narratives and building robust coalitions.
In 2001, Adam began what would become a career-spanning mission fighting for working families, serving as the California Labor Federation’s Political Liaison, assisting the Southern California Central Labor Councils to develop and execute Labor-to-Labor field operations.
In 2004, Adam became the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County Democratic Party, facilitating its transformation from having a $150,000 budget with one half-time employee into a regional powerhouse with a $1.7 million budget and six full-time staff. He was subsequently Senior Advisor to the California Democratic Party, overseeing their Annual Operations ($3.5 million budget/25-person staff) and wildly successful 2018 Coordinated Campaign ($4 million budget/150-person staff).
In 2019, Adam set out on his own to form All Day Strategic Consulting, directing Think Together’s successful grassroots advocacy campaign to increase funding for afterschool programs in low-income neighborhoods and spearheading the Democratic Party outreach operation for No on Prop 26 to protect local union workers and communities of color.
In addition to private consulting, Adam is employed as the Director of Policy Advocacy & External Engagement at All For Kids, a non-profit that provides youth mental health services, recruits foster parents and supports communities to prevent child abuse. He also Chairs the Legislation Committee for LA County’s Inter-Agency Council on Child Abuse and Neglect, served on the Narrowing the Legal Definition of Neglect Subcommittee of California’s Mandated Reporting to Community Supporting Taskforce, and is an active member of the Policy Subcommittee of LA County’s Domestic Violence & Child Maltreatment Workgroup and the LA County & City Regional Policy Committee focusing on Domestic Violence issues.
Adam has received accolades throughout the years including the American Society for Public Administration-LA “Winston Crouch Award for Innovation in Government”, the San Fernando Valley Young Democrats “RFK Ripple of Hope Award” and the California Young Democrats “Man of the Year’.
